30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Because our pieces are handcrafted individually to your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes custom sizing, bespoke commissions, and personalised items. We encourage you to review all product details carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions about fit, sizing, or specifications.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store@stockandboerleatherco.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage or defect

We will assess the situation promptly and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at store@stockandboerleatherco.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on made-to-order items. If you'd like a different size or specification, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise accordingly.
